Confidential Contact Person

For all Boss members, there are two confidential persons within the association. They are an accessible point of contact for undesirable behaviour, which includes:

  • (sexual) harassment;
  • discrimination;
  • aggression and violence;
  • threat;
  • bullying;
  • work pressure (within the association).

You can always contact one of our confidential personnel if you experience or see any of the above happening. You can tell your story to the confidential person, look for solutions together, or seek professional help. The confidential persons have a duty of confidentiality, and therefore do not share personal information with anyone, including the current board. The confidential persons within our association are:
