Dev_ real estate
Dev_ real estate is a dynamic player in real estate development and strategic advice, active throughout the country. Our goal is to transform real estate to create nice and attractive places where people love to come. What we do? Development, real estate advice for owners, housing advice for users and projectmanagement. We accept all branches and every challenge: from retail to offices and from hospitality to housing. With the right knowledge, know-how and our broad experience, no project is too big and we never feel too small. Our daredevils are always closely involved in the whole process: from getting into the skin of the client, create an integral advice towards actual realization and after care. Just that extra mile can make a big difference and that’s what we think is important!

Fakton
Fakton has developed itself in 35 years into a team of professionals for financial, strategic and developmental cases in the real estate domain. Its mission is to deliver a defining contribution to the creation of urban environments and real estate organisations by focussing on real people, financial strategies and resilient spaces. These goals resonate with our members and we are therefore pleased to call Fakton a BOSS partner.
TU Delft
BOSS is the study association of the department Management in the Built Environment (MBE) at the TU Delft. MBE has been actively involved with BOSS and a Senior Partner since its establishment in 1993. The department of MBE educates students to specialists in the fields of real estate management, design and construction management, urban area development and housing. MBE provides education for the BSc programme in Architecture, is responsible for the international MSc track of MBE and conducts scientific research. MBE is the only Master track within the faculty of Architecture that focuses on all the phases of the lifecycle of buildings: from initiative to use.
