Urban Development Management is concerned with managing the decisions of the many stakeholders involved in the development of urban areas. The course of Urban Development Management focuses on strategies for complex spatial development projects in contemporary cities and regions. These strategies include multi-actor and multi-level design, planning and governance activities, and lead to rounds of collaborative decision-making about organising and (re)financing long-term, sustainable urban development efforts.
